Hi there! I'm Susan Johnson, the heart and hands behind Macklin Designs. As a proud native of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I’m not only passionate about living, working, and raising my family here, but also about bringing beauty and creativity to this wonderful community.

I’ve always had a deep love for art and design, and that passion shines through in everything I do. Whether it's creating a stunning floral arrangement, decorating a space to match a client’s vision, or staging a home to highlight its best features, my job is a daily joy. There's nothing quite like helping someone transform a room or a space into something they absolutely love.

One of my favorite moments is when a client comes to me unsure of what they want. They hand me the reins and say, “This is my room, these are my colors—now make it beautiful.” That's when the magic happens. I thrive on creating personalized, one-of-a-kind designs that feel like home, no matter what the project might be.

Macklin Designs offers two main services:

-Interior Decorating  for residential clients

-Floral Design for both residential and business clientele
